"Had a great lunch here in the lovely quiet coastal town of Lucinda. The Slipway restaurant has a great position looking out over the water towards Hinchinbrook Island and plenty of space to have a meal and drink. Speaking of the food, we had calamari and Seafood Linguine for lunch. Both were exceptional. Staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome."

"WOW what a hidden gem . If you visit Lucinda this place is a must. Cold beers and amazing food while watching the sun set overlooking Hitchenbrook Island. Sizzling Garlic Prawns highly recommend. Staff are awesome, very welcoming and make you feel like apart of the family."

"This place is an Absolute must drop in place, we drove for an hour only to find it ticked all our boxes.Outdoor area is so relaxing with nice river views and mountains,indoor was packed with customers. The staff where one of the most helpful , friendly , chirpy staff I have come across. We specifically came for the seafood platter only to find out it was for Dinner Only..Apparently that wasn't an issue, the kitchen staff where Happy to cook one up. Wow nice and scrumptious platter it was. Cannot say thankyou enough to the lovely young staff who where extremely accommodating and professional and abig shout out thankyou to the kitchen staff who made the platter on request."
